P.S. The small amount of building slots is one of my biggest problems with the game. I can't comprehend why they decided that most settlements should have only 4 slots. I like playing Total War for it's depth, but Rome 2 seems very shallow. About cities and buildable buildings in available slots ... Regions have between 2 - 4 territories. All territories have cities and one of the city is the capital. Capital has 6 slots where you can build buildings. Province cities have 4 slots where you can build buildings. Why in some regions you cannot build anything in all available slots ? For example : In Latinum. Rome has 6 slots (you can build only in 5 slots).
